- 100 gWild garlic (ramps)(fresh)
- 1 TeelöffelLemon juice
- 1 Prise(n)Salt(to taste)
- 1 Prise(n)Black pepper(freshly ground, to taste)
Instructions
Wash the fresh wild garlic thoroughly and pat it dry. Finely chop the wild garlic leaves.
In a bowl, combine the softened butter with the finely chopped wild garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a fork or a hand mixer until everything is well combined and the butter has a uniform green color.
Taste the butter and adjust seasoning if necessary. If you prefer, you can add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice.
