- 2 mediumzucchini
- 60 mlolive oil
- 60 gParmesan cheese(finely grated)Milch
- 30 gall-purpose flour
- 15 gcornstarch
- 1 tspgarlic powder
- 1 tsponion powder
- 0.5 tsppaprika
- 1 pinchsalt(to taste)
- 1 pinchblack pepper(to taste)
Instructions
Wash the zucchini and pat them dry. Cut off the ends, then slice each zucchini into fry-like sticks, approximately 0.5 inches thick and 3-4 inches long. Place them in a large bowl.
Drizzle the zucchini sticks with olive oil and toss them gently until they are evenly coated.
In a separate shallow bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Add the seasoned flour mixture to the bowl with the zucchini sticks. Toss thoroughly until each zucchini fry is evenly coated with the breading mixture.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook the fries in batches to avoid overcrowding. Overlapping fries will not get crispy.
Arrange the coated zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
Serve immediately as a delicious side dish or snack. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
