- 400 gCremini mushrooms(cleaned)
- 2 tbspOlive oil
- 2 clovesGarlic(minced)
- 1 tbspFresh parsley(chopped)
- 1 tbspFresh thyme(chopped)
- 0.5 tspPaprika powder
- 1 pinchSalt(to taste)
- 1 pinchBlack pepper(freshly ground, to taste)
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms thoroughly with a damp cloth or mushroom brush. Do not wash them under running water, as they absorb too much moisture. Larger mushrooms can be halved or quartered.
In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, and paprika powder. Mix well.
Add the cleaned mushrooms to the marinade. Toss gently to ensure all mushrooms are evenly coated. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
Place the marinated mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding; cook in batches if necessary.
Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the mushrooms are tender and beautifully golden brown and crispy.
Serve immediately as a side dish or snack. Enjoy!
