- 50 gBreadcrumbs
- 1 smallOnion(finely chopped)
- 2 tbspFresh parsley(chopped)
- 1 tbspFresh chives(chopped)
- 1 tspDijon mustard
- 1 tspPaprika powder
- 0.5 tspGarlic powder
- 1 pinchSalt(to taste)
- 1 pinchBlack pepper(to taste)
- 1 tbspOlive oil(for brushing)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, fresh parsley, fresh chives, Dijon mustard, paprika powder, and garlic powder. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the meatballs tough.
Form the mixture into approximately 12-16 equally sized meatballs. You can lightly wet your hands to prevent sticking.
Lightly brush the meatballs with olive oil. Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd. You may need to cook them in batches.
Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 160°F (71°C).
Remove the meatballs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your crispy air fryer meatballs!
