- 250 gCamembert cheese
- 2 tbspall-purpose flour
- 1 largeegg
- 50 gbreadcrumbs
- 1 tspvegetable oil(or cooking spray)
- 100 gcranberry sauce
- 1 pinchsalt(to taste)
- 1 pinchblack pepper(to taste)
Instructions
Prepare three shallow bowls. In the first bowl, place the flour. In the second bowl, whisk the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper. In the third bowl, add the breadcrumbs.
Carefully dredge the Camembert in the flour, ensuring it's fully coated. Then, dip it into the whisked egg, letting any excess drip off. Finally, coat it thoroughly with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to make sure they adhere well.
Lightly brush or spray your air fryer basket with vegetable oil. Place the breaded Camembert in the air fryer basket.
Cook in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 8-12 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and crispy on the outside, and delightfully melted on the inside. Cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer model.
