- 250 gunsalted butter(softened)Milch
- 50 gwild garlic(fresh)
- 1 Teelöffellemon zest
- 1 Esslöffellemon juice
- 1 Prise(n)Fleur de Sel
- 1 Prise(n)black pepper(freshly ground)
Instructions
First, ensure your unsalted butter is at room temperature and softened. This makes it much easier to mix.
Wash the wild garlic thoroughly and pat it dry with a clean kitchen towel. Finely chop the wild garlic leaves.
In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, finely chopped wild garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Add the Fleur de Sel and freshly ground black pepper. Mix all ingredients well until everything is evenly combined. You can use a fork or a spatula for this.
For best results, transfer the wild garlic butter onto a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap. Roll it into a log shape, then twist the ends to seal.
Refrigerate the butter for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the butter to firm up. Once firm, you can slice it into portions or spread it as desired.
