- 50 gwalnuts(lightly toasted)
- 50 gParmesan cheese(freshly grated)Milch
- 150 mlextra virgin olive oil

Instructions
Wash the wild garlic leaves thoroughly and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel or use a salad spinner. Roughly chop the leaves.
Place the chopped wild garlic, toasted walnuts, grated Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice into a food processor or a tall container if using an immersion blender.
Begin to blend the ingredients. Gradually stream in the extra virgin olive oil while the processor is running until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency. If you prefer a chunkier pesto, blend for a shorter amount of time.
Season the pesto with salt and freshly ground black pepper to your liking. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. If you want a brighter flavor, add a little more lemon juice.
Transfer the finished wild garlic pesto to a clean jar. You can enjoy it immediately or store it for later use.
