Instructions
Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels. This helps the crust adhere better and ensures a crispier exterior.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, Dijon mustard, chopped rosemary, thyme, parsley, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a paste.
Spread the herb mixture evenly over all sides of the pork tenderloin, ensuring it's fully coated.
Carefully place the coated pork tenderloin into the air fryer basket. Make sure there's enough space around it for even cooking. You may need to cut larger tenderloins in half.
