- 2 tbspWild Garlic Pesto
- 1 tspLemon Juice

- 1 pinchBlack Pepper(to taste)
- 8.8 ozGreen Asparagus(approx. 250 g)
- 0.5 mediumRed Onion
- 1.7 ozFeta Cheese(approx. 50 g)
- 1 tbspOlive Oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the puff pastry onto the prepared baking sheet. If it comes with parchment paper, use that.
In a small bowl, combine the crème fraîche, wild garlic pesto, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread this mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
Wash the green asparagus and snap off the woody ends. Cut the asparagus into thin, diagonal slices. Thinly slice the red onion into rings. Crumble the feta cheese.
Arrange the asparagus slices and red onion rings evenly over the wild garlic cream. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.
Drizzle the flatbread with olive oil.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy, and the asparagus is tender-crisp. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
