- 1 pieceLeek
- 150 gSmoked bacon(thinly sliced)
- 1 SprinkleSalt(to taste)
- 1 SprinkleBlack pepper(freshly ground, to taste)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. If using a tart pan, lightly grease it.
Unroll the Flammkuchen dough and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet or tart pan. Spread the crème fraîche evenly over the dough, leaving a small border free around the edges.
Wash the leek thoroughly and slice it into thin rings. Distribute the leek rings evenly over the crème fraîche.
Cut the smoked bacon into small strips or cubes and scatter them over the leek. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to your liking.
Bake the Flammkuchen tart in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the toppings are cooked through and slightly crispy. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
Remove the tart from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve immediately. Enjoy your quick and delicious meal!
