Salad
- 300 gFarfalle (bow-tie pasta)Gluten

Dressing
- 80 mlOlive oil
- 60 mlFresh lemon juice
- 2 ELFresh parsley(chopped)
- 1 ELFresh oregano(chopped)
- 1 ZeheGarlic(minced)

- 1 Prise(n)Black pepper(to taste)
Instructions
Cook the farfalle according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process and cool the pasta. Set aside.
While the pasta cooks, prepare your vegetables. Halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the cucumber and yellow bell pepper, thinly slice the red onion, and halve the kalamata olives. Crumble the feta cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, chopped parsley, chopped oregano, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, kalamata olives, yellow bell pepper, and crumbled feta cheese.
Pour the lemon-herb dressing over the pasta and vegetables. Toss gently until all ingredients are well coated.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. For best flavor, cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
