Instructions
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This helps achieve a crispier exterior.
In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
Add the chicken breasts to the bowl with the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. You can also place them in a resealable bag with the marinade. Marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for deeper flavor.
