- 1 tbspfresh rosemary(finely chopped)
- 1 tspsmoked paprika
- 0.5 tspgarlic powder
- 1 tspsalt(to taste)
- 1 pinchblack pepper(to taste)
Instructions
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into even wedges. You can leave the skin on for extra crispiness and nutrients.
In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges with olive oil, chopped rosemary, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well until all the wedges are evenly coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
Place the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary to ensure even crisping.
Air fry for 18-25 minutes, shaking the basket every 5-7 minutes, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
