- 500 gGreen asparagus
- 1 tbspOlive oil
- 2 clovesGarlic(minced)

Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.
While the pasta cooks, prepare the asparagus. Wash the asparagus and snap off the woody ends. Cut the spears into 1-inch pieces. If the asparagus is thicker, you can blanch it for 2-3 minutes in the pasta water before adding it to the pan.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Add the asparagus pieces to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until tender-crisp. You want them to retain a slight bite.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vegetable broth until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Drain the cooked pasta, reserving about 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the asparagus.
Pour the yogurt sauce over the pasta and asparagus. Toss gently to coat everything. If the sauce is too thick, add a tablespoon or two of the reserved pasta water until it reaches your desired consistency.
Stir in the fresh chopped parsley. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
