- 700 gPotatoes(such as Yukon Gold or Russet)
- 2 tbspOlive oil
- 1 tbspFresh rosemary(finely chopped)
- 1 tspGarlic powder
- 0.5 tspPaprika
- 1 pinch(es)Salt(to taste)
- 1 pinch(es)Black pepper(to taste)
Instructions
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into approximately 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes. For extra crispiness, you can soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 15-20 minutes, then drain and pat them thoroughly dry with a kitchen towel.
In a large bowl, combine the potato cubes with olive oil, chopped rosemary, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to ensure all potatoes are evenly coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
Place the seasoned potato cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer, to avoid overcrowding. Overcrowding will steam the potatoes instead of crisping them.
Cook for 18-25 minutes, shaking the basket every 5-7 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer model and potato size.
Once cooked, remove the crispy potatoes from the air fryer and serve immediately as a delicious side dish.
